The well-equipped open kitchen, the pantry, and a bathroom complete the living area. The right wing houses the luxurious master suite and three stylish guest bedrooms, all with en-suite shower rooms, sea view, and covered terraces. The master suite also has its own hydro-massage tub and walk-in wardrobe.

The lower floor, which has been excavated from Sardinian rock, overlooks the swimming pools and the garden. Internally, it is connected to the ground floor by a flight of stairs. On this level are another two guest bedrooms that open out directly into the garden, both with en-suite shower room and walk-in wardrobes. This floor also features a cinema room, a wine cellar, a bar and a wellness area, which incorporates a gym, an outdoor Jacuzzi, two massage rooms, a bathroom, and a relaxation area. The complex also has a staff accommodation area with four bedrooms, plus a professional kitchen, a laundry room, and all the technical utility rooms for the entire complex.
