Hicham Enhaili’s career began not in travel, but in the operations of the world’s most celebrated hospitality brands globally – leading luxury travel, aviation, and lifestyle portfolios. He led teams of three hundred, cultivated a culture where humility and precision were inseparable, and earned the trust of hoteliers, operators, and partners on every continent.
Simply Select grew from that lifetime – a company built not from an interest in travel, but from an intimate, operational understanding of what flawless service truly requires. Today, Hicham leads a dedicated team of eighteen, and serves as a member of the Hyatt Strategic Partner Advisory Board.
