This luxury villa is located in Bellagio, one of the most famous and beautiful towns on Lake Como, offers a wonderful view of the lake and is only a 10-minute drive from the center.

Kitchen, living room, dining room are located on the ground floor; The spa is located on floor – 1 (which however is not underground) and can be reached internally from the living room.

The villa has two elevators; an external one from the garage to the main entrance and an internal one that connects the two floors of the villa from the entrance. The suites on the -1 floor can only be reached externally and are not connected by the lift.

On the first and second floor, suites have wooden floor, and their bathrooms have Venetian terrazzo flooring, while the 1 Suites have resin floor s and Venetian terrazzo flooring in the bathrooms.
