Villa Velma is a brand-new amazing property spreading out in two levels, with luxurious furnishings, which offers all contemporary amenities. The spacious, open plan areas allow the sunlight and air to come through all day long, allowing you to take in the splendid vistas from almost everywhere you stand. The Villa is located in Tourlos where you are very close to the vibrant neighborhood and a short drive away from the closest beaches and a variety of activities, making your stay as convenient as possible.

Villa Velma can accommodate up to 16 guests in its 8 bedrooms. It offers privacy, indoor & outdoors living rooms, kitchen, en-suite bathrooms. Furthermore, the property has one stunning Infinity Pool, an Outdoor Fireplace, an Indoor Gym & an Outdoor Guardroom fully equipped.

On the main level you will find yourself in a spacious modern living room with panoramic sea views to the busy harbor of Tourlos. A minimalistic kitchen with an island in the middle of the room and an amazing skylight is just enough to add the extra detail of natural light. This level completes with one luxurious bedroom with its own veranda and one fully equipped gym with panoramic view.

The unique spacious outdoors are getting together with lots of outdoor lounges all over this level. You may choose to swim in the infinity pool, sunbathe in the king size sunbeds or enjoy your meal in the dining area while relaxing in a natural scenery with lots of plantation.

On this upper level there is also a guest room with an independent entrance with 2 more bedrooms, 1 living room, a kitchenette and a stone made veranda.

On the lower level there are 4 unique bedrooms, each of them having a different decoration & vibe. All of the bedrooms have panoramic sea views and luxurious furnishing.
Last but not least, the 8th bedroom is completely independent on a separate level on the left where you have the feeling of almost touching the sea. Exiting the bedroom you will find yourself in a round lounge with an outdoor fireplace, just right above the gulf with an incredible view of the cruise ships.
